Thanks for the informative videos. I have cut out meat from our diet and I find it has helped but not eliminated completely. Have you tried Acnepractice. com products? I find some videos with very good results here on youtube.

some people get a little dry and others don’t. It’s not a required stage. It never lasts long.

are you saying that the skin adjusts itself if you are patient? I used to break out if my skin got too dry cause it made more oil…

All possible scenerios have been seen countless times in this practice. Dry and bumpy, oily and bumpy, normal and bumpy, irritated and bumpy. Thickened and bumpy, scabby and bumpy, blackheads and bumpy, red and bumpy. There is no special situation once you have fixed all types repeatedly…..
